Please read this Instruction carefully and follow the relevant requirements
if
you wish to become CSPC vendor

1 You must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of China concerning
the safety of network.
|
2 You are requested to fill in the registration forms according to the
instructions and requirements and make sure that all information you
provided are complete and accurate.
|
|
3 You are requested to provide true, accurate and correct data and shall
be liable for the correctness of the information so provided.
|
4 The Contract and Procurement Department ( FNCP ) of CSPC shall be responsible
for review of the information so provided and shall have the right
to request
for further information from vendor if required. Under normal circumstance, it
will take about 30 working days to complete the qualification review process.

|
5 Any Vendor who has been passed CSPC review will recieved an email from CSPC to
confirm " you are a registered vendor with CSPC".
|
6 CSPC qualified vendor shall have chances to be invited to participate in
CSPC
bidding activities and other business events organized by FNCP .
|
|
7 CSPC must be informed in time of any update or change of any information provided
by qualified vendor via email or other means.
|
8 CSPC shall conduct an annual review on Vendor information and
performance and
will list those outstandingly performed vendors as preferred vendors and CSPC shall
have right to cancel the qualification of any poorly
performed vendors for further
cooperation.

9 CSPC holds ownership of the copyright of this registration system.
|
|
10 Any vendor who breaches this Instruction may be suspended in its registration
and whose qualification may be withdrawn.
|
11 FNCP reserves the right in interpretation of this instruction and this
instruction
will become effective from Oct.,2005.
